  • User support covers resolving everyday technical issues: connection problems, workstation incidents, questions about cloud tools (M365, Google Workspace), access, and permissions. It is directly accessible to your teams.

  • The standard user has regular access to the IT environment and counts as 1 TotalCare license. The temporary user (contract, seasonal) has partial access — 3 temporary users count as 1 license, which optimizes your total cost.

  • Yes. TotalCare includes email protection, identity and access management, anomaly detection, and security updates. For more advanced cloud identity monitoring, TotalCare complements CyberCare.

  • Onboarding typically takes 1 to 2 business days. It covers the analysis of your existing environment, the deployment of management and monitoring tools, and the configuration tailored to your organization.

  • Yes. Additions and removals are prorated on your next billing cycle. For temporary users, the 3:1 ratio is automatically applied. A simple email is all it takes.
