The standard user has regular access to the IT environment and counts as 1 TotalCare license. The temporary user (contract, seasonal) has partial access — 3 temporary users count as 1 license, which optimizes your total cost.

Onboarding typically takes 1 to 2 business days. It covers the analysis of your existing environment, the deployment of management and monitoring tools, and the configuration tailored to your organization.
