Phase 1 (diagnostic) is performed without admin access—zero-touch. Everything is done via secure communication and questionnaires. For Phase 2 (essential security), limited and targeted access is required to implement controls. This access is documented, monitored, and revoked after the intervention.
The diagnostic covers: Zoho Directory, WorkDrive, Vault, Mail, CRM, Desk, Cliq, and Analytics. If your organization uses other Zoho One modules, we will include them in the analysis based on their criticality.
