  • No. FlexCare is designed to be flexible—no annual contract, no rigid commitment. You activate services as needed, according to your priorities. Packages are purchased on an as-needed basis and used as required.

  • We work with most SMB environments: Windows/macOS workstations, cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365), user access, networks, and application solutions including Zoho. If you have any questions, contact us—an initial consultation allows us to quickly assess the feasibility.
